All spots are $15 per person.

Registration is first come, first served, subject to availability and cannot be held without payment.
Prize Categories:
Tournament Winner = $10 off per player for an Impact League & Team Trophy
Most food donated by a team = $10 off per player for an Impact League
Tournament Format:
8 teams. Double Elimination. Everyone is guaranteed 2 games.
Food Situation:
Food will be available for purchase at the Impact Tent. We will have all the Thanksgiving favorites! Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, AND MORE!
Outside grills are NOT welcome at the park.
There are charcoal grills available for use by the pavillion.
Electric is NOT available at the park.
The WQ Diner and Ice House Restaurant are within walking distance of the fields. WaWa is a 5 minute drive.
Bathrooms:
There are 3 portable toilets provided by Pottstown Parks & Rec. Please plan accordingly.
Home Run Bands:
Home Run Bands are SINGLE USE and can be purchased for $1 (if you have left over bands from the Stein Tournament, you can receive 4 extra bands for free OR trade for merch / food / etc.)

Roster & Ratio
A teams roster is allowed a MAX of 13 players. (9:4)
A teams roster is allowed a MIN of 10 players. (7:3)
The standard ratio is 7:3.
All coed teams must have at least TWO (2) females on the field at all times for the game to count.
If teams have only one (1) female, they must forfeit.
If teams have only two (2) females, a female must bat twice in the lineup. And only nine (9) players may play in the field. Team must play with three (3) outfielders instead of four (4).
Positions
Teams may only have the maximum of each player at the following positions:
One (1) pitcher
One (1) catcher
Four (4) infielders
Four (4) outfielders
Equipment & Bats
Males must use single-wall one piece softball aluminum bats OR one piece non-composite softball wood bats.

Females may use any bat they wish. Female bats will be marked by the umpire.
Players may NOT wear any kind of jewelry on the field at any time. This is subject to the referee’s discretion.
Metal cleats may NOT be worn at any field.
Game Rules & Timing
• Each game will be played in seven (7) innings.
• Each inning will have an opportunity for each team to bat and take the field
• The only exception to this is if the home team is leading during the final inning of play and the away team fails to match or exceed the home team’s run total
• Each half of the inning consists of three (3) outs
• Games are made official and will be counted in the season standings after five (5) innings
• Games that run long in their time slot (60 minutes) can be cut short at the discretion of the umpire
• A new inning CANNOT be started with less than ten (10) minutes left in the game time slot
• The batting order does NOT need to be in male/female alternating order, but it must reflect a 7:3 male/female ratio
• If there are less than three (3) females present for a 7:3 game, the third female batting spot must be filled with another female on the team. It does not need to be the same female every time through the order
• Teams that bat out of order will be assessed an out
• Teams will decide which team is home and away from a coin toss or rock-paper-scissors
• No more than ten (10) runs can be scored in each of the first four (4) innings
• Mercy Rule – If a team leads by fifteen (15) or more runs after the 5th inning, the leading team shall win and the game will be declared over
